ATTACK: “Kill Them Where You Find Them”
“I don’t get this weird video game! I mean is it really necessary to shoot the zombies? That’s not very nice, you know!”
“Mom! If you don’t shoot them, they’ll eat your brains out!”
If Only O Man You Believed!
If only O man you believed!
The kalimah He lovingly sent!
The La ilaaha illal-lahu,
Muhammadur Rasulullah!
He asks you to bow down to Him,
And He will make all bow down to you.
He asks nothing,
In return from you,
But promises a gazillion things,
Count to them,
And remain counting,
The nth blessings will never end.
If only O man you believed!
The kalimah He lovingly sent!
The La ilaaha illal-lahu,
Muhammadur Rasulullah!
The Three Things That Were Loved
I want to share with you my favorite Hadith (narration). I found it in my copy of “Preparing for the Day of Judgement” by Imam Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani (translated by S.M. Hasan Al-Banna) in the Chapter “Counsel in Threes”. Included under each part of the Hadith is the tafseer (explanation) that was explained to me by Ustadh Usama Canon.
Why Debating Anti-Theists Is Pointless
There’s a stark difference between an atheist and an anti-theist. An atheist simply lacks belief in a deity while an anti-theist goes on the offensive and is angry (for some reason) and makes it their life mission to prove theists are not only wrong, but also stupid. Excuse my English, but I’m just keeping it real.
Mocking the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: Why It Doesn’t Work
People mock other people. This is just an inevitable part of life. I’m pretty sure that even before language was a thing, cavemen ran around grunting at each other in derogatory ways.
Footsteps in Paradise
Abu Jahl be whipping
Wounds be bleeding
Relentlessly uttering
His ﷻ name, The All Hearing ﷻ
Love Inside a Jacket Potato
I almost shied away from writing this piece. And then I remembered the verse in the Qurʾān: “God does not shy away from drawing comparisons even with something as lowly as a gnat, or higher…” {al-Baqarah:26}
One of a Kind
Would you believe me if I told you that there’s a book out there where the author writes about himself, has conversations with himself, and even corrects and admonishes himself?
These Five Things Can Change Your Life
Okay, this was a clickbaity title. I know, we all hate them. I hate them. They’re promises that never live up to expectations.
But what if it was true? What if I could tell you five things that would change your life?
